Under-18s at founding own 10% between them, and every child born afterwards gets a stake.

It provides the open stack for society's AI, from the court to the classroom and from healthcare to policy, and maintains the datasets, models, and systems behind it for the good of everyone.

Intelligent Internet holds a 10% founding stake and is inviting a small group of Californian leaders to form the council, which sets the charter, chooses the leadership, and opens the founding round.

California

It brings financial, social, and political capital together, and the cap table is California.

From chips to robotaxis: the hardware driving the economy, held in shares by Californians and paying them as it works.

Owned, not rented.

Forward-deployed engineers bring intelligence into every kind of organization, working beside its people, who keep the final say.

Where AI meets human reality.

Free at the base level for every Californian, private and secure, it coordinates other agents and AI, from open models to the frontier.

An agent on your side.

TSMC

Local institutions and individuals buy in first, at $1 pre-money, as TSMC's founders did.

Global and long-term partners invest at market prices.

Brings wider participation and liquidity, with the local majority locked in the charter.

Buying for millions at once, it wins better terms from suppliers and earns where value is moving: deploying and running AI for all.

Aggregates AI demand.

It runs on the AI it deploys and the Intelligent Internet's technology, so it moves faster and stays leaner than incumbents.

Accelerated by AI inside.

People switch providers and keep their shares, and every supplier, Intelligent Internet included, wins its contracts on merit.

Aligned by charter.

The local majority locked in the charter.
